At EaseUnlock.com, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in accordance with our payment processor, Paddle.com. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We are unable to unlock your device.
  • The unlocking request returns an “Unavailable” or “Not Supported” status from our supplier/network.
  • You cancel before we process or start the service.

If any of the above applies, your refund will be processed automatically or upon request within 3–5 business days.


Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via:

Please include your Order ID, IMEI number, and a brief explanation. For remote USB unlocks, include proof (screenshots, video, etc.) if the service appears unsuccessful.


Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  1. Incorrect Information Provided:
    • Wrong IMEI number.
    • Wrong model or service selected.
    • Wrong network submitted.
  2. Unlock Already Processed:
    • If the unlocking was completed from our side but did not work due to other issues (e.g., user error or software conflict), video or photographic proof is required.
  3. Unlock Status Shows “Already Unlocked”:
    • If our IMEI checker or supplier confirms the device is already unlocked, no refund will be issued.
  4. Delay in Delivery Time:
    • No refunds for orders in progress, even if they exceed estimated delivery time. Unlocking is based on third-party systems, and delays are possible.
  5. Blacklisted, Lost, or Barred Devices:
    • We do not guarantee unlocks for devices blocked or blacklisted due to theft or fraud. No refunds will be provided.
  6. Non-Cooperation or Misuse:
    • If you change your mind after the order is submitted or misuse the service, refunds will not be granted.

Administrative Fees

In case of wrong service selection or non-refundable error, a $2.99 fee may be deducted for IMEI checking or technical lookup (e.g., GSX check, account status).


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through our official payment provider. Once approved:

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
  • If you paid via PayPal, processing times may be shorter.
