Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

- Unlock Already Processed:
- If the unlocking was completed from our side but did not work due to other issues (e.g., user error or software conflict), video or photographic proof is required.
- Unlock Status Shows “Already Unlocked”:
- If our IMEI checker or supplier confirms the device is already unlocked, no refund will be issued.
- Delay in Delivery Time:
- No refunds for orders in progress, even if they exceed estimated delivery time. Unlocking is based on third-party systems, and delays are possible.
- Blacklisted, Lost, or Barred Devices:
- We do not guarantee unlocks for devices blocked or blacklisted due to theft or fraud. No refunds will be provided.
- Non-Cooperation or Misuse:
- If you change your mind after the order is submitted or misuse the service, refunds will not be granted.
Administrative Fees
In case of wrong service selection or non-refundable error, a $2.99 fee may be deducted for IMEI checking or technical lookup (e.g., GSX check, account status).
Refund Processing Time
